Castle Express Model Railroad

The exhibition is closed. Please enjoy the information about this past exhibit.

The Castle Museum is home to a large HO scale model railroad with more than 1,000 feet of track, two freight yards, many industries and realistic scenery. Located on the lower level of the museum, this exhibit attacts more than just railroad buffs. Each year more than 19,000 visitors have come to see the trains and learn about model railroading. The Saginaw Area Module Modelers are responsible for the train and welcome new members to the group. For more information about the club, contact Bill Falkenberg at 989-751-3575.

It is the goal of the Saginaw Area Modular Modelers to preserve the history of railroading through modeling and running a working railroad.
